Are you looking for a custom made children’s bed that doesn’t compromise on quality?
Dreamworld Furniture specialises in custom made furniture made from only the best materials.
Owner Suzanne Murphy says attention to detail and the ability to provide truly customised furniture is what sets her business apart from her competitors.
“I’m building a bed for a child with Rett Syndrome which means her mother has to lift her in and out of bed, so I’ve measured the mother so she doesn’t have to bend,” Suzanne said.
“We’ve also made beds for other children with severe disabilities that can include sliding gates or safety rails.
“We can work with you to provide what you need.”
Dreamworld Furniture can also make beds with adjustable heights – removing the need to buy a toddler bed, instead allowing a child to move straight from the cot to a regular bed.
Suzanne says the most important thing when buying bedding is stability.
“It’s a really important for parents to ensure the bed they buy is stable,” she said.
“This is because parents lie down with their kids or the kids jump on the bed.
“Our beds have slats in two pieces, which make them very strong and reduces the risk of injury.”
Dreamworld Furniture has been running for 48 years and 31 of those in Nunawading – and experience counts.
That’s why Suzanne and her team not only deliver the beds, but put them together – all while getting your child involved in the process.
“I like to say this is your big boy’s bed,” she said.
“It’s important for kids to feel comfortable with the change.”
They also provide practical storage solutions, bed trundles, bookcases and tallboys.
So if you are looking for custom made furniture in all sizes and made from the finest quality materials – look no further than Dreamworld Furniture.
